By downloading, installing, or using Since ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Use of the App
Since is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to:
- Create and manage sobriety trackers and streak counters
- Track milestones and personal achievements
- View daily motivational quotes
- Display widgets on your devices
- Sync data across your personal devices
Important Disclaimer
Since is a personal tracking and motivational tool, not a medical or therapeutic service. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. If you are struggling with substance abuse, addiction, or mental health challenges, please seek professional help. In the United States, contact the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 for free, confidential referrals.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the app, including tracker names, notes, and any customizations. You are responsible for the content you add to the app.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Since is a paid app. Every plan unlocks every feature. You can pay in one of three ways:
- Monthly: $1.99 per month, with a 7 day free trial
- Yearly: $9.99 per year (about 58% saving), with a 7 day free trial
- Lifetime: $19.99 one time purchase, with no trial
The Monthly and Yearly plans each begin with a 7 day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your Apple Account is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription, or turn off a trial, at any time in your Apple Account settings.
The Lifetime plan is a single one time purchase with no trial and no recurring charges. All purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are set in US dollars and may vary by region.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for any refund inquiries.
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, code, quotes library, and content, is owned by DuttLabs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data or other damages resulting from the use of the app. The motivational quotes and content in the app are for informational and inspirational purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Since is not a medical device or therapeutic tool, and we accept no liability for health outcomes related to its use.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
